A LARGE crash saw two lanes of the M74 closed to traffic and two people hospitalised.
Emergency services are working to clear a crash involving three vehicles and Traffic Scotland has warned drivers to avoid the route.

Two northbound lanes near Junction 3 at Carmyle Avenue and Junction 3a at Daldowie were closed.
Traffic Scotland warned that traffic was "building" in the area but that one lane had been cleared.
A police spokeswoman said: "Around 2.40pm on Wednesday, September 23, officers received reports of a three vehicle crash on the M74 northbound at Junction 3.
"Emergency services attended and two people were taken to hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries are continuing.”
