P1 pupils at Barr Primary School in Girvan have been settling into their new life at school by doing various indoor and outdoor activities.
Pupils have been enjoying the fresh air and sunshine during outdoor learning and have also learned about feelings and how they affect our day - an important lesson to learn from a young age.
The P1 class teacher says that one of the pupils’ favourite activities is getting creative in the classroom by making pretty shapes using lots of different materials.
The children have enjoyed making new friends and playing together at lunchtime.
