A FORMER MSP for Cumnock is going the distance for Kilmarnock fans who have lost their fight with cancer.
Cathy Jamieson is on a mission to walk 150 miles by covering five miles per day during August.
The Director of Kilmarnock Football Club and The Killie Trust is doing the challenge to raise funds for Ayrshire Cancer Support.
Cathy who was the MSP for Carrick, Cumnokc and Doon Valley between 1999 and 2003 hopes others can join her in the charities Hope and Memories Walk.
She said: āIām walking for all the Kilmarnock fans who have lost their lives to the horrible disease that is cancer - and those who are currently undergoing treatment.ā
