Car goes into ditch during one-vehicle crash on A78
A car went into a ditch during a crash on the A78 this afternoon.
Emergency services were called out after a one-vehicle crash near the Eglinton Interchange Roundabout at around 4.40pm today [Friday, August 14].
Paramedics were in attendence but injuries are not believed to be serious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called at around 4.40pm to a report of a one-car crash on the A78 at the Eglinton roundabout, Irvine.
"Scottish Ambulance service were also in attendance."
The Scottish Ambulance Service have been contacted.
