A special delivery was made last week to staff at Crosshouse Hospital.
Louise Wright, deputy charge nurse in the paediatric unit at the hospital was the grateful recipient of bags and bags of knitted goods that will be put to good use at her workplace.
It was the handiwork of the Lovely Nutty Knitters Club, who we reported on last week.
The Lovely Nutty Knitters, a group that existed pre-lockdown, but that has expanded massively since has been knitting goods for care homes and hospitals in the area.
The Lovely Nutty Knitters are on Facebook and are open to new members.
