Over the past few months, The Zone Initiative have delivered 2,000 meals, 400 primary school children’s activity packs, 50 bouquets of flowers, 40 afternoon teas and 400 family munchie boxes throughout the community.
All of which were donated and paid for from Morrisons , Dalmellington CO-OP, National lottery, East Ayrshire Council, Shire Housing, Coalfields Regeneration Trust, Inspiring Scotland, Patna Masons, Dalmellington Masons, Ladies Orange Lodge Community Response and Recovery, CVO East Ayrshire and all of the fantastic people within the community who have helped out daily.
The CANI group have also worked in partnership delivering the packs and teas to families.
