Pupils at Muirkirk Primary have returned the favour to staff who drew them posters to let them know how much they are missed.

Two weeks ago, we reported how staff members from the school had made their own posters for display in a shop window on Main Street to ‘Make Muirkirk Smile’.

This week, the pupils have made their own messages to their friends, teachers, other staff at the school and the whole of Muirkirk. The posters are up on the school gates and some were even posted through letterboxes.
