A GIRVAN resident has been painting rocks to spread a bit of kindness during the coronavirus crisis.

Gordon, who attends the Girvan Opportunities Day Centre, has been hard at work painting the colourful rocks for the fairy trail project at McCreath Park.

South Ayrshire Council said: “A Girvan Opportunities Day service user is creating beautiful kindness rocks for the Fairy Trail/Kindness Rock project at McCreath Park in Girvan.

“Gordon, who normally attends the day centre, said that creating the stones makes him happy, and keeps him busy.”
