WHITELEYS have sold more than 100 face buffs to help raise money for the charity.
Since the Scottish Government announced they were advising people to wear a face covering when out, families have been buying the buffs.
The Whiteleys Buff, which costs £12, is usually used for outdoor sports and treks, but has come to be useful during the Covid-19 outbreak.
Whiteleys which run a respite facility for children and their families with long term illness, have had customers from Cornwall to Coylton. The buffs can be purchased on their Facebook page or info@whiteleysretreat.com as well as some local shops.

Scotland is in lockdown. Shops are closing and newspaper sales are falling fast. We're not exaggerating when we say that the future of the Ayr Advertiser, and the vital local news service we've provided since 1803, is under threat.
Please consider supporting the Ayr Advertiser in whatever way you can – by paying just 90p for a copy of the paper, when you're shopping for essential supplies for yourself and others, or by subscribing to our e-edition here.
Thanks – and stay safe.
