Cunninghame Housing Association is in the running to be named Landlord of the Year at the 2020 UK Housing Awards.

Recognising and rewarding the very best in the UK housing sector, the awards ceremony brings together over 1,200 senior housing professions providing an opportunity to meet, network and celebrate the industry.

CHA became the first housing association is Scotland in 2014 (on its 30th year) to win the UK Small Landlord of the Year and UK Landlord of the Year.

Now celebrating its 35th year it has once again been shortlisted for this national award.

The Chartered Institute of Housing confirmed this year’s judging proved its toughest yet.

The Association will find out on Thursday, May 7 if it has been selected as a winner.

CHA Group CEO said “What a fantastic honour to have been selected as a finalist in this category in our 35th year which reflects the commitment of both staff and board of management to delivering a first class service to all of our tenants, residents and communities.”
