Troon car park closed off due to ongoing police incident
A CAR park in Troon has been closed off after a body of a man was found.
Police are in attendance at the car park next to shops in Academy Street.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
An area of the car park is cordoned off whilst enquiries are carried out.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told the Advertiser: "Officers are in attendance at a car park on Academy Street, Troon, following the discovery of a man who has sadly died.
"A section of the car park remains closed while enquiries continue, however there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course."
