A TRAVEL agent enjoyed an official Royal opening at its new Irvine store.

Marymass Queen Kerris-Lee Galloway officially cut the ribbon at Stewart Travel, accompanied by her four Marys Molly Scott, Brooke Chapman, Erin Russell and Aimee McNulty.

The firm officially opened the new store on Saturday, November 9, after it recently moved from the Bridgegate.

And staff decided to hold a celebration event with balloons, facepainting, cake, and an ice bucket with plenty of Prosecco.

A spokesperson for Stewart Travel said: “A huge thank you to Irvine’s very own Marymass Queen and Mary’s for officially opening our brand new store in Irvine today. Irvine’s very own celebrities, they looked wonderful and done an amazing job.

Stewart Travel also thanked customers old and new, Balloonatics from Kilmarnock for the Balloon Arch entrance on the day, a big thanks to Pauline Tremble for her face painting skills on the kids and Irvine Times photographer Charlie Gilmour for making it along on the day.
