SCARY monsters, skeletons and ghouls were all in attendance when fitness fanatics from Troon took part in a class to raise funds for a vital Ayr-based charity.
A small, mighty and also spooky bunch took part in a Monster Dash - a pop-up fitness class in the dark, organised at South Beach in Troon last Tuesday by Kerry McMillan of Troon Dynamic Fitness.
Much thought was put in to the Halloween costumes on a cold but dry night.
Fancy dress and head torches were needed for this one and adults and children had the opportunity to take part.
Kerry said: “Thanks to those who made it along tonight, what a great wee class!
“Gorgeous, crisp, starry night! We soon warmed up too.
“ Hope you all enjoyed it, all for a fantastic local charity.”
The event was held to secure support for Moving on Ayrshire, an Ayr-based charity who provide a one-to-one counselling service in a safe environment.
The service is available to all male, female, LGBTQI survivors of sexual abuse and rape aged 14 years upwards resident in South Ayrshire.
At the time of writing £96 had been raised from the £150 target.
To take part, people had to Simply donate £12 or get their family and friends to sponsor them.
There was the incentive of a cuppa and Mars Bar Minis for those who completed the challenge.
Contributions are still welcome from people in the community.
