Schoolkids in Saltcoats impressed library staff at a recent interactive session.
Saltcoats Library welcomed children from Mayfield Primary School for an interactive story and quiz on Wednesday, October 30.
Pupils showed off a range of impressive drama skills during the session, with staff describing the young performers afterwards as “very talented” and saying that they “raised the roof”.
A spokesperson for North Ayrshire Libraries said following last week’s session: “Saltcoats Library would like to thank Mayfield Primary for raising the roof at today’s class visit.
“Some very talented acting skills along with some uncanny sound effects as the school participated in a fun interactive library story and quiz. We look forward to seeing you all again.”
