REPAIRS at the crumbling Station Hotel would cost nearly £10 million.
The shock figure has been published as part of the final structural report by Mott McDonald.
Council bosses have been told it will cost £9,995,312 to repair back to it's former glory after years of rot.
In the conclusive report the internal repair works of the South Block carry the largest chunk of work required with £2,443,151 required to salvage the section.
Where as the external Façade/roof repair works of the South Block would cost £1,163,936.
