AN AYR hair and beauty salon were crowned best in Scotland at a glitzy awards bash.
Vogue were recognised after entering the Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards (SHABA)
And not only did the High Street salon, owned by Kayleigh Simpson claim top prize, they are the first in Ayrshire to hold the title.
Kayleigh told the Advertiser: “It wasn’t expected. We were always more known for hair and only added beauty to the salon a year ago, and it has come on leaps and bounds since then.
“We did a lot to get nominated. We had secret shoppers in, it was a team effort to get there.”
