ARDROSSAN Castle Heritage Society has been involved in many events in the seven years of its existence and these are organised by society members but rely heavily on the help of volunteers.
In appreciation of their kindness, there was a thank you evening recently at the Winton Rovers Supporters’ Club.
Chairperson Martin Kostigovs welcomed the attendees before archaeologist Louise Turner gave a short report on the recent dig.
Amanda Simpson thanked the volunteers giving a special mention to Suzanne Bell of Our Place for her huge support in running three carnivals.
There was a splendid buffet and George and Michael provided some musical entertainment.
