Informative food sessions for new parents 'messy munchers' coming to Ayr
INFORMATIVE sessions for parents about what foods to give their baby and when, will be held at the Citadel in Ayr next month.
Messy Munchers is a short, fun session delivered by NHS Ayrshire & Arran Dietetics department.
The Ayr course will take place August 5 at 1.30pm.
And you can look forward to demonstrations of fun first foods on show.
