Arrest made over drug bust in Ayr home
SOUTH Ayrshire Police carried out a drug bust last week in an Ayr home.
A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged for allegedly being in possession of a Class B substance found within the property at John Street on Tuesday, July 16.
Cops attended in possession of a sheriff search warrant at around 3.30pm and and carried out a systematic search inside.
A police spokesperson said: “A quantity of Class B drugs were recovered and the man was arrested and charged and later released and advised that he was being reported to the Procurator Fiscal.”
