A WORRIED pet owner is appealing for information on her lost cat who went missing this week.

Elaine Rae is offering a £100 reward for anyone able to help find Bob who was last seen on Monday, July 15 at around 5pm in the Earls Green esate in Barassie.

Elaine stays at Foster Crescent so he may have wandered out from here if any neiughbours have seen him.

Bob is a black and white neutered male cat. He was wearing a green collar and is microchipped.

Ayr Advertiser:

Elaine said Bob is prone to being nosey and sometimes wanders into cars and vans on the street, but it's possible he's just hiding out somewhere nearby.

Elaine said: "Bob is a much loved rescue from cat protection league who has lived with his family for the past year in the Earls Green estate in Barassie.

"Bob is a friendly young cat and a well known character in his estate, he loves to play football with the boys on the village green or pop into neighbours gardens to say hello.

"Unfortunately Bob loves to jump inside cars and vans ton the Barassie estate to be nosey which means he may have been taken out of the estate by accident .

"Or he is hiding in a shed, a summer house or a garage.

Ayr Advertiser:

"Bob is two years old and neutred so it's unlikely he is looking for a female companion, but he got himself lost or in trouble.

"He normally has on a green collar with his address tag but this may not be on him now.

"His family are offering a £100 reward to the person who manages to photograph Bob and supply information leading to him being found."

If you have seen Bob or have any information at all that could help his family find him contact Elaine on 07920 101124.
