Police appeal dog walker bitten by a stray dog in Ayr
A DOG walker was bitten, and his dogs were attacked by a dog running loose in the Doonfoot area of Ayr.
The incident took place on Sunday, July 7, at 9am near Cumbrae Drive/ Greenan Road.
Police are appealing for information and have asked anyone who knows anything to get in touch.
The dog is described as being a French bulldog style breed, with a fawn and tan colour.
The man is said to have sustained minor injuries from the alleged attack.
