POLICE seized a car from a woman in Ayr last week after it was alleged she was driving without a licence.
The 31-year-old was stopped in her red Audi A3 by officers carrying out patrols for a route documents check in the area of Lochside at around 11.40am on Tuesday, June 25.
A police spokesperson said: "At this time it was established from police systems that the driver had no substantive licence, MOT or insurance. The motor vehicle was seized and the driver was advised that she was being reported over the matter."
