At around 1am on Saturday, June 8 the 20-year-old was seen within the car park in Carrick Street in Ayr.
When he was stopped, it was found he was allegedly driving without a licence or policy of insurance.

At this time, a police system check was carried out which confirmed that the driver allegedly did not have a driver’s licence or policy of insurance on the vehicle.”
