A WOMAN has appeared in court after she allegedly threatened her neighbour with a pair of scissors.
On Tuesday, April 23 it is claimed that police received a report that a woman was acting in a threatening and abusive manner whilst in possession of scissors in Bank Street, Troon.
It is understood that officers attended and after making enquiries arrested a 38-year-old woman.
The woman allegedly caused "fear and alarm" to neighbour's.
No assault is believed to have taken place and no one was injured during incident.
The woman appeared in Ayr Sheriff Court on Wednesday April 25 and plead not guilty to charges.
