FRUSTRATED Buffs boss Chris Chris Strain insisted his side had improved however the refereeing performance of whistler Chris Gentles let his side down in Saturday’s 3-0 away defeat to Pollok at Newlandsfield.

Pollok doubled their advantage six minutes later through Adam Forde. Substitute Stefan McCluskey found Forde, who struck a ferocious shot into the top right.

Pollok made it three without reply in 90 minutes when Stefan McCluskey netted.
