A MAN has been given his final warning after his Restriction of Liberty Order for striking a man with a pool was breached.
Scott McCurdie from Dailly Road in Maybole is currently wearing a tag for his attack on his victim in the Carrick Bar and Grill in June last year.
The 38-year-old later got into a brawl with a police officer before he was ordered to remain within his home address between 7pm and 7am.
Appearing at Ayr Sheriff Court last week, Sheriff Desmond Leslie told the Maybole maniac: “You’re on very thin ice here. Should there be a further breach, I think you know where you will end up. I’m giving you a chance, take it. If you don’t you’ll be in the jail.”
McCurdie will continue his order which also includes unpaid work.
