The man was stopped at Lochside Road
A MAN has been arrested in connection with driving without a license in Ayr after police spotted him driving curiously last week.
The 24-year-old was apprehended at around 7pm on Friday, January 4 at Lochside Road near Heathfield Industrial Estate. He was reportedly found not holding a valid driving license, no car insurance and no MOT certificate for the vehicle.
A police spokesperson said: "Police were patrolling and observed the vehicle and stopped it due to its manner of driving."
The man was arrested and held in custody to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court.
