POLICE have launched an appeal for witnesses after a theft by housebreaking was reported.

The Key Store on Main Street Dundonald was broken into around 2.30am on Wednesday October 31 where a quantity of property was stolen.

Troon response officers are urging anyone to come forward who may have information surrounding the incident.

PC Wood of Troon police office explained that an ongoing enquiry is underway.

He said: “We are continuing to conduct enquires in and around the Key Store and have checked CCTV and spoken with the local community.

“I would now like to seek the help of the wider public in progressing the enquiry and would ask that anyone who may have witnessed it or has any further information please get in touch”
