A MAN who breached a bail order before struggling with his pregnant daughter has been caged for 10 months.
Peter Jamieson, of Ferguson Street, Ayr behaved aggressively towards the woman when he refused to leave the property in October last year.
In June, he was put on a non harassment order, and told not to contact his ex partner, directly or indirectly. But in November breached the order when he approached the woman at Morrisons on Castlehill Road.
In December Jamieson drove while disqualified and without insurance on Maybole Road. But months earlier in April 2017, Jamieson breached a bail order, where he failed to comply with the condition not to enter Wilson Street in Ayr.
Sheriff Leslie sentenced Jamieson to 10 months. imprisonment.
