A MAN who filmed a 13-year-old in the shower and held indecent photographs of children has been released on bail.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted being in possession of the pseudo-photographs between December 2009 and April 2016.
The 37-year-old, who lives in Ayr, pleaded guilty to recording a 13-year-old girl in the shower so he or another could watch on March 27, 2016 and April 21, 2016.
He appeared before Sheriff Carole Cunninghame at Ayr Sheriff Court last week.
Speaking on his behalf, defence solicitor Ian Gillies, said: “My client pleaded guilty in December. Your Ladyship has heard the facts.
“The social work report asks for further reports. It is very difficult to get a psychological report but a psychiatric one can be obtained quite quickly.”
Sentence has been deferred to allow the court to make further inquiries.
