A TROON man who kicked a car causing damage to it's bodywork has been released on bail.
James Coughtrie of Central Avenue admitted repeatedly wrecking the vehicle on April, 9 this year on Lochgreen Avenue as well as behaving aggressively by shouting and swearing.
The 23-year-old appeared at Ayr Sheriff Court last week before Sheriff John Montgomery.
Speaking on his behalf, defence solicitor Steven Maxwell said: "This is a deferred sentence. He has moved to Glasgow for work. I am going to ask for bail to be continued."
Addressing the dock Sheriff Montgomery said: "This is your last opportunity." Sentence has been deferred to allow the court to obtain a criminal justice social work report.
