NOTICE OF EXAMINATION OF UNRESOLVED ISSUES RELATING TO THE PROPOSED REPLACEMENT SOUTH AYRSHIRE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

On 11 December 2020 and 19 February 2021, the Council submitted the above proposed plan to the Scottish Ministers, for examination.

On 5 March 2021, the Scottish Ministers appointed Ms Claire Milne B.Sc. (Hons), DipTP, MBA, MRTPI, Reporter, to carry out the examination of the Plan. Additional Reporters may be appointed to expedite the preparation of the Examination Report. The administration of the Examination will be carried out by the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA).
The Council has provided the Reporter with a summary of the issues (Schedule 4 Forms) it considers should be assessed at examination, along with copies of representations received and further information to support the Examination.
