PUBLIC INSPECTION OF THE 2018/2019 ANNUAL ACCOUNTS AND ASSOCIATED OSCR REGISTERED CHARITIES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, under the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014, that copies of the unaudited Annual Accounts of East Ayrshire Council for the period 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019, will be available for public inspection in the offices of the Council at Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock, KA3 7BU, along with the following OSCR registered charities;

Archibald Taylor Fund (SCO19308), Miss Annie Smith Mair Newmilns Trust Fund (SCO21095) and East Ayrshire Council Charitable Trusts (SCO25073).

Any person interested will be able to inspect the unaudited Accounts, at no

charge, at the above location between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm

Monday to Friday, from 28 June 2019 to 18 July 2019 inclusive and may

take copies of any or all parts of the accounts.

A copy of the Council's unaudited Accounts will also be available at

Any interested persons may make objections to such Annual Accounts or part thereof and should transmit these objections and the grounds thereof in writing to Deloitte LLP, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BX and a copy thereof to:

(i) Any officer concerned, and



(ii) Tome, theundersigned, notlater than Friday19 July2019. Where any person lodges an objection as aforementioned the External Auditor shall, if requested by the person or by East Ayrshire Council or by any officer at the Council who may be concerned, afford to that person or to the Council or officer an opportunity of appearing before, and being heard by, the External Auditor with respect of that objection and such person or officer may so appear and be heard personally or by a representative.
