Midfield maestro Julian Montoro has been in excellent form
THE first half of the Scottish Hydro Electric Premier 1 came to an end on Sunday with the two outstanding matches being played leaving Heriots, who beat Currie 20-12, 11 points adrift of leaders Ayr while Selkirk bumped up into third spot with the narrowest of 30-29 wins over Stirling to trail Heriots by a point.
Eleven points clear, eleven games to go and Ayr have to do it all again if they are to make this the most memorable season in the club"s history.
The weekend break was a good time to catch up with coach Kenny Murray to reflect on what they had done and indeed if they could maintain a second half surge to glory.
Find out the coach's views on what is an exciting season so far in this week's ediitons.
