Whitletts v Linlithgow on Saturday

WHITLETTS had a wonderful opportunity to move into the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup but failed to produce their usual performance agaisnt a Linlinthgow side reducd to 10 men after 31 minutes.

Playing into the blustery wind, the visitors took charge of the opening exchanges but the Whitletts defence stood firm.
