WORRIED Ayr United boss Brian Reid is warning his players to improve quickly, or face being sucked into the drop zone.

After suffering their third defeat on the bounce on Saturday, he conceded that it had been one of their worst performances.

The Honest Men went down 2-0 away to Queen of the South in Barr's Irn-Bru Division One on Saturday.
