SUPERLATIVE finishing helped Girvan put lacklustre Bankies to the sword as they captured the South Ayrshire Cup for the second time in three years.

Goals from David Mcvittie, Michael Moffat and Steven Shankland saw Billy Thomson's side coast to victory against their Stagecoach Super League First Division rivals who looked to have their minds focused on the f ight for survival.
