Bryan Prunty PFA Player of the Year

STRIKING sensation Bryan Prunty lavished praise on his Ayr United team mates after winning a glittering award following a record goals tally.

The former Celt won the Division Two Player of the Season Award from the PFA after blasting 17 goals in his first season at Somerset Park as the Honest Men finished runners-up to Raith Rovers.

Prunty said: "It's a great honour for me and also the tea to win the award.
