A LAST gasp penalty denied Girvan a share or the spoils at Brig O' Lea Stadium.
In 17 minutes a deflected shot send the ball high into the air, the home goalie waited on the ball to come down and fumbled it and Callum McDade was on hand to turn it into the net and put the visitors ahead.
Two minutes later a Neilston free-kick was played into the box and the first to react was Patterson, who shot past visiting goalie Ally McInnes
In 25 minutes Neilston went ahead when a corner-kick was played in low and Clark with a diving header found the net/.
Ten minutes later Girvan’s Adam Caldwell found McDade in box but his shot was saved for a corner
In 40 minutes, Following a Girvan free-kick, Neilston broke down park and Diack scored to make it 3-1 at half time
Girvan made changes the break with Copeland coming on for Milligan and Darren Mitchell was pushed up to centre forward
Then in 51 minutes, McDade brought out a good save from keeper.
The hosts grabbed a lifeline in 71 minutes when a Girvan corner was turned into his own net by a home defender. Six minutes from time Girvan were awarded a penalty and McDade stepped up and hammered the ball home.
However two minutes into stoppage time saw Copeland hold back a home player a Blakey scored from the spot.
It was a hard one to take when a good away point would have maybe helped us but when your down nothing seems to go with you.
