Vicente, trained by Paul Nicholls, has triumphed for the last two years and will be bidding for a third straight title. Jockey Sam Twiston-Davies will also be hoping to achieve his third win, making him the top Scottish Grand National Jockey at Ayr, equal with Mark Dwyer.
