QTS Ladies Night at Ayr Racecourse on Saturday night features seven competitive races, including the only Pro-Am Ladies Riders’ race in Scotland.
The QTS Women In Engineering Lady Riders’ Handicap Stakes at 5.50 pm will see all horses ridden by lady jockeys from both the professional and amateur ranks and will include experienced riders like Sammy Jo Bell, Carol Bartley and Serena Brotherton.
Feature race on the card is the QTS Ladies Night Grand Spectacular Handicap Stakes over five furlongs with £10,000 in prize-money and this should see the stables of Keith Dalgleish, Jim Goldie and Linda Perratt all represented.
The evening ends with the Neselectrical.com Handicap over one mile seven furlongs at 8.50pm.
Apart from the ladies, other jockeys in action should include Paul Mulrennan, Connor Beasley and Graham Lee.
