SEVENTEEN members of Ayr Seaforth AC Road Racing section ran at the Alloa Half Marathon on March 20 ,with many of these athletes using this race as part of their training for the upcoming marathons in London and Liverpool.
The big hills near the end of the race did not stop six of the group from obtaining personal bests, in particular Scott McIntosh who managed to beat his personal best by a massive five minutes. Well done to all the runners.
