SATIRDAY saw the National Short Course Cross Country Championships take place at an extremely wet and muddy Bellahouston Park,Glasgow which was so wet the coastguard should have been there.
Ayr Seaforth AC had athletes running in each category which ranged from the U15 age groups up to senior level.
There were several notable performances from individual athletes on what was a great weekend for the club and special mention must go to the U17 Mens team of Rhys Sim, Fraser Stirling and Lewis Ross who took team silver in their age group foillowing some superb performances.
