A PRESTWICK restaurant hosted an entertaining lunch for Hansel.
Courtesy of Bobby Singh, the owner of the Taj Tandoori Restaurant, put on a lavish Indian lunch for 20 customers, who are supported by the charity and its staff.
The diners were also entertained by Colin Ferguson, an actor and singer, who is starring in the Gaiety panto, Cinderella, when it launches later this month.
Colin, who plays Cinderella’s father, Baron Hardup, performed an assortment of popular cabaret songs.
Debbie Campbell, Fundraising Assistant at Hansel, said: “Bobby has been a long-standing supporter of Hansel and it was very good of him to put on this lunch.
“We really appreciate such community events and everyone had a great time.”
Mr Singh added: “Hansel provide a great service and I’ve always been a great admirer of the work they do. It’s was a really enjoyable day.”
