Troon Councillor to stand in General Election?
WITH today's announcement of a General Election, all eyes are now set to turn towards potential candidates.
There is already early speculation that former Troon Councillor, Philip Saxton, may be amongst those running for Central Ayrshire.
The former Councillor said he could not comment at this stage.
However, more information is to be released over the coming weeks.
Theresa May announced this morning the vote would take place on June 8.
