FESTIVE FUNDRAISER

TROON Round Table are aiming to raise funds for the town's Christmas Lights Fund at the popular Elf Christmas party on Saturday

The group are joining forces with representatives from music festival Live@Troon for the seasonal get together in the South Beach Hotel.

The event is being organised as a thanks to all the elves from the community who gave up their time to join the Santa Float, spreading festive cheer by visiting children across the community and giving them small gifts.

This year's party is aimed at boosting the fundraising drive being organised by Shooze for Sole owner Donna Read and aimed at improving on last year's festive decorations in the town.

If you didn't manage to be an Elf this year thus securing your ticket but want to join the party then head down to Shooze with Sole in Portland Street and buy one. They are priced at only £5 with all proceeds going to the Troon Christmas Lights Fund.

Saturday's event runs from 7.30pm until midnight and everyone is welcome.
