THE secrets about the caves at Culzean will be revealed for the first time tonight in a special TV show.

Archaeologist will be examining the history of Culzean Castle in an attempt to solve a long-standing riddle about access to the caves at Culzean castle from the cliff-face or via a possible secret passageway.

The National Trust for Scotland's archeologist Derek Alexander said: "The findings were exciting and answer a number of questions about how people may have accessed and used the caves under the Medieval castle."
