Happy Birthday Ayr United
EVERYONE connected with Ayr United is looking forward to celebrations this year, no matter how the season ends.
Particularly on May 9, which is is the official birthday of the club and will be marked by a Centenary Dinner on Saturday May 8 in the Ayrshire Suite at Ayr Racecourse, with some great attractions to help make the evening memorable.
Guest speakers will be Ayr resident Craig Brown, now manager of Motherwell and ex-referee Willie Young, while other features include a video presentation and two new members being inducted to the club's Hall of Fame.
Several members of the club's staff, from chairman Lachlan Cameron to youngster Aaron Connolly, took part in the launch of the Centenary celebrations at Somerset Park last week and promote the dinner.
Tickets cost £45 each and are available in tables of 10. Smaller groups can also be accommodated - call 01292 263435 for infornation.
