Burns An' A' That: Tarbolton Primary

PICTURE SPECIAL IN THIS WEEK'S PAPER!

PUPILS at Tarbolton Primary were given an afternoon off normal lessons to enjoy one of their first Burns Suppers.

On Wednesday, January 27 the P6 and P7 youngsters held the first event to celebrate the Bard.

This was followed by the nursery and P1 Burns Supper that was held the following day - Thursday, January 28 - in the school hall.

The P2 to P7s then showcased their talent with a poetry competition that staff had arranged.

Everyone enjoyed the two day festivities with our photographer Ken McKissock on hand to capture moments from the events.
