THE NEXT South Carrick Decides will take place in October at Girvan Academy.
South Ayrshire Council have confirmed decision day will be on Saturday, October 28 and all members of the local community are urged to get involved.
At the event those who have applied for funding will be able to make a speech or set up a stall if they don't want to address a large audience.
This was discussed at a public meeting recently.
Cllr Peter Henderson, explained: "There will be stalls available for those who get stage fright and find it hard to talk in front of a crowd.
"This way they will not have to speak and can chat to voters in their own time. Councillors will be there to show support for the event as well."
South Ayrshire Council will be issuing details of that nearer the time advising those who are interested how they can take part.
